Jack W. Long, Jr is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. A practicing CPA for over forty years, he is the managing partner of Long, Barrell & Co., Ltd which he joined in 1975.
Professionally, he is a former President of the Reading Chapter of the PICPA. He has presented courses on accounting and auditing topics at various professional organizations. Jack serves as a peer reviewer of accounting and auditing practices for the PICPA with a specialty in firms auditing local government clients and retirement plans.
Jack has many construction and professional service clients. In addition to a CPA certificate obtained in 1973, he holds a Series 65 Securities License.
Jack serves as the audit partner or audit reviewer on all of the firm’s audit clients.
Jack resides in Denver, Lancaster County, with his wife.
Tracey L. Etchberger is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. A CPA since 2002 and a CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant), Tracey is responsible for the firm’s audit and attestation engagements, human resources, and also supports quality control.
In addition to preparing financial statement reviews and compilations for the firms small to medium size client base, Tracey specializes in serving the firms governmental audit clients. She periodically subcontracts with an external enitity to provide training on governmental and accounting fundamentals.
Tracey serves with the PICPA as a Peer Reviewer and on various Reading Chapter committees.
Tracey is a Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belt in quality principles; a designation she earned while working in private industry.
Tracey resides in Penn Township, Berks County, with her husband and two children.
Kimberly A. Fox is Partner of Information Technology and a leader in the Tax Department of Long, Barrell & Co., Ltd. She has been employed by the firm since her graduation from Penn State University with a B.S. in Accounting in 1986.
In addition to maintaining the firms computerized network, software, and hardware needs, Kimberly is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and specializes in providing QuickBooks consulting services and financial software support to the firm’s business clientele. Kim is a standout leader in the firms tax practice area, assisting with personal and business tax preparation, tax planning and consulting.
Kimberly resides in Leesport Borough, Berks County with her family and pets.
